Why does the price seem to frequently change?
We use Malaysian Ringgits MYR (RM) as our base (displayed) currency, therefore all other currencies are based on this exchange rate. Prices vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates, which may be updated at any time.
Why are the product weight so high?
The weight you see next to the product consists of:
- the weight of the item
- the original packaging
- part of the postage packaging
Is there a minimum order?
Strictly speaking, no, but there is a handling (low order fee) charge of RM30 (approx less than £5/$10/€7), which is added to your order if your order is less than RM30. This is to cover the cost of processing low valued orders.

My order did not arrive, what now?
When goods are handed over to the Postal Service, responsibilities are transferred to them. There is no ways for us to find out where it is currently.
There are times in which orders can be delayed due to: Public holidays, Industrial strikes or is being held by customs for inspection.
Is there a charge for refunds / cancellations?
Yes, there is a small fees for any cancellations, partial cancellations or refunds. The fee will be 6 percent (6%) of the total value to be partially refunded, refunded or cancelled.
This is an administrative cost that WorldPay charges us each time we refund money back to our customers.
So please make sure you are satisfied before placing your orders. We will gladly help you in any ways possible to make your decisions.

Will my personal details be kept?
You will have to become a member to be able to complete your purchases, so from this respect we do have to maintain some details like your name, email and shipping address to provide this service. Your phone and fax details are requested in case we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order. As for payment details, we DO NOT hold these types of information as this is handled by our payment partners.
Your personnal details held by us will not be released to any third party.
I cannot complete my membership registration
Please check that you have compeleted all fields requested.
If you find that your country of residence is not listed then we regret that we are unable to provide our services to your country at the present time, due to certain logistical and security reasons.
Please send us an email if you feel that our decisions are premature. We are flexible and will reconsider our choices on a country-by-country basis.

For your basket to work, you must enable cookies on your browser. This just allows us to keep track of your purchases while you are on our site.
We DO NOT hold any information of a personal nature in the cookies. The information stored is only for the time that you are surfing through the pages.
Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificates will be added to your own personal Gift Certificates Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificates Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificates to some one via email.
How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificates you need to go to our Send Gift Certificates Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificates, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificates to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificates to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificates Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificates Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificates Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificates Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificates Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificates Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificates by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificates, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificates Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificates in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificates page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificates is validated and placed in your Gift Certificates Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificates Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store

All product descriptions including blade Weight & Thickness are given as an approximation with a ± percentage error factor.
If you have a more specific requirement that you are looking for, please email or leave a comment for us and we will do our best to select you the most suitable item that matches those measurements.
Free Gluing Service (*)
VOC based glue will still be used for the free gluing service until the speed glue ban in September 2008. If you wish us to use water based glue, please notify us in the "comments" section when you place your order.
* As gluing is a FREE service, we DO NOT provide any form of compensations should this service is mistakenly not performed or if the rubber comes off for whatever reasons.
