Q: How can I pay?

A: Anyone can pay with:

- MOLPAY (Credit/debit card).
- PayPal
- Bank Wire

For payment using MOLPAY, the name "MOLPAY" or "Netbder*Triox-presports" will be shown on cardholders' statement.

For Malaysian customers:

In addition to MOLPAY and Paypal, you can also pay using LOCAL banking facilities so that you will not face any Exchange Rate charges/discreprencies which may occur Paypal payments.

- Local Malaysian bank cheques (Maybank)
- Cash Bank In (Maybank)

Any overpayments made via cash bank-in transfer, will be repaid via an e-coupon with an expiry date of 6 months. Please make sure you paid the correct amount only.


Q: Currencies accepted?

A: With MOLPAY, the transactional currency will be charged in Malaysian Ringgits (MYR)ONLY on your debit/credit card.

By PayPal:

- Euros (EUR)
- GB Pounds Sterlings (GBP)
- New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
- Malaysian Ringgits (MYR)
- US Dollars (USD)

but you have the option to view prices in other currencies listed in the currencies section located on the top right hand side of the website.

NOTE: Your banks may incur charges for dealing with foreign currenices and that the exchange rates used are not necessary 100% up-to-date and therefore prices may vary from day to day.


Q: Why does the price seem to frequently change?

A: We use Malaysian Ringgits MYR (RM) as our base (displayed) currency, therefore all other currencies are based on this exchange rate. Prices vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates, which may be updated at any time.


Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Strictly speaking, no, but there is a handling (low order fee) charge of RM30 (approx less than £5/$10/€7), which is added to your order if your order is less than RM30. This is to cover the cost of processing low valued orders.


Q: What are the delivery/postage costs?

Q: Can I make large, first time orders?

A: For high valued, first time orders, we may decide not to accept any Credit Card or PayPal payments. We will refund any payments already made and ask that you pay using an alternative method:

1.) Bank to Bank Telegraphic Transfer
2.) Western Union Bank Transfer

This restriction will only apply for the first few orders and only if it is relatively large. After which, you can pay via PayPal or Credit Card again.


Q: If I have placed an order but did not manage to complete the payment, what should I do?

A: If you have made an order via our site using Paypal but did not manage to complete the payment process. You can complete your order anytime by making the correct payment amount directly to our Paypal account:

"payment at presports dot com"

We will reference that payment amount to your order on record and dispatch it.
